What the calculator does

Your species, breed, size, age, location level, care style, and insurance choice are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. The site does not store those answers in an account or send them to TallyPaws.

To make an estimate shareable, the page updates its address bar with calculator choices. That information becomes part of the URL and may appear in your browser history if you copy or share the link.

Cookies and analytics

This first version does not set advertising cookies and does not include a TallyPaws analytics script.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process standard technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp to deliver and protect the service.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive standard request information when your browser fetches those files. The TallyPaws calculator itself does not require a Google account.

Clipboard and sharing

If you choose "Copy my estimate" or the share control, your browser may use clipboard or operating-system sharing features. TallyPaws does not receive a copy of what you copy or share.
